The mission of TOP – creation of decentralized video hosting, which is not liable to strict censorship, is easy to use and fair to authors, advertisers and ordinary users. In the new system video makers will receive at least three times more than now, ordinary users will receive coins for watching videos, and advertisers will not overpay the submission of services.

Bloggers do not need to think about how to embed adverts or banners in their videos, TOP system will do it automatically. But this does not prevent them from direct cooperation with advertisers as before. Revenues of authors will not depend on the number of watched advertisements, they will be fixed depending on the total number of views. Payments will be made not in US dollars, but in TOP tokens. The balance of the tokens could be seen in the personal account, in the same place they will be output. Each payment will be fixed in the blockchain. Later authors of the videos will be able to exchange earned tokens for real money on exchanges. And in the future, TOP tokens could be used for paying for goods or services in partner companies.
