Entre elas, est\u00e1 o aumento do limite de capta\u00e7\u00e3o e amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de participantes autorizados a atuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A gerente de supervis\u00e3o de securitiza\u00e7\u00e3o da CVM, Cynthia Braga, revelou que a proposta j\u00e1 est\u00e1 pronta. No entanto, ainda falta a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o final. Segundo ela, a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do texto \u2018muito em breve, entre agosto e setembro\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mudan\u00e7as da CVM v\u00e3o al\u00e9m da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 88<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Atualmente, o setor \u00e9 regulado pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 88, de abril de 2022, que estabelece um teto de R$ 15 milh\u00f5es para capta\u00e7\u00e3o por empresas de pequeno porte sem necessidade de registro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No entanto, a nova norma deve substituir essa resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, trazendo par\u00e2metros mais amplos e flexibilizando a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel a entrada de empresas de m\u00e9dio e grande porte, al\u00e9m de securitizadoras registradas, produtores rurais e cooperativas.
