Remarkable Growth and Expanding Reach

Since its debut five months ago, Catizen has experienced significant growth. The game now has over 29 million users worldwide, with Daily Active Users (DAU) reaching 3.5 million, a substantial increase from the 26 million players reported in July. This rapid growth has positioned Catizen as one of the fastest-growing applications within the TON ecosystem, only behind Notcoin (NOT).

The platform’s success is bolstered by investments from notable Web 3.0 players, including Mantle, NGC Ventures, Mask Network, EMURGO Ventures, and PLUTO.

Strategic Partnership with HashKey Group

Catizen has recently entered into a strategic partnership with HashKey Group, a prominent digital asset financial services provider in Asia. This alliance is designed to enhance Catizen’s Web3 gaming ecosystem and bolster its presence in the digital entertainment industry.

Announced on August 19, this partnership marks Catizen as HashKey Group’s first Web3 partner. The alliance will leverage HashKey’s expertise to enhance Catizen’s infrastructure, focusing on compliance and innovation within the GameFi sector. HashKey will provide regulatory support and backend blockchain services, ensuring that Catizen’s digital products meet global standards and operate efficiently.

Ben El-Baz, Managing Director at HashKey Group, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, noting that it will help integrate digital finance with gaming, facilitating new developments in the industry. This partnership builds on HashKey’s earlier engagement with the TON Foundation and aims to further the growth and reliability of the GameFi landscape.
