Why SimbCoin?
Created by an experienced team of African entrepreneurs, the project has a goal to build a smart city called “SimbCity” in Cameroon on the Atlantic coast. SimbCoin Swap (SMBSWAP) Token Use-Cases
SMBSWAP is an ERC-20 coin that can be used as a payment tool in the ecosystem of the SimbCity, as well as a way for real estate tokenization. Coin owners will be able to buy shares in apartments with them and receive passive income distributed by a smart contract on the blockchain. In addition, through technology and security, SMBSWAP will be able to become a cross-border payment medium in Africa, creating a new digital, economically attractive reality in this dynamically developing region.
SimbCoin Milestones
The project has been developing since 2019, the total supply of tokens is 150,000,000 SMBSWAP, 90,000,000 of which were successfully sold during private sales. Tokens are already available for sale in the open market on the LATOKEN exchange. The design and approval stages have already been passed, the construction of the SimbCity resort will begin in March 2021 according to the roadmap.
