The news about Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein consideration on bitcoin was announced a day after Goldman’s statement about readness to create bitcoin trade services.

Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO Lloyd Blankfein said that he was still considering on Bitcoin. He didn’t speak out positive or negatively and chose neutral position concerning new trading operation.

I’m “still thinking about #Bitcoin,” Lloyd Blankfein said in a tweet. I have “no conclusion. [I’m] not endorsing/rejecting.”

Lloyd Blankfein wrote it a day after Goldman’s release about readiness to create bitcoin trading services for their clients.

Announcement about new trading services were a little bit risky and unexpected taking into consideration recent negative comments of JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon and some other experts concerning bitcoin.

Last month Jamie Dimon criticized bitcoin, named it a “fraud”, and threatened to fire any employee who would trade the cryptocurrency.

However, Morgan Stanley CEO James Gorman shared another opinion about cryptocurrency. He thinks that bitcoin is “certainly something more than just a fad” and has “a sort of government risk factor.”

As there are  opinion among Wall Street analysts about bitcoin future, the time will show if Goldman Sachs  goes ahead with their primary plans and becomes the first Wall Street Bank that will provide bitcoin trading services for their clients.
