Apart from that, Blancas also acknowledged the fact that this initiative is directed towards aligning the resort with the latest global trends and keeping their customers satisfied by offering them a comprehensive service portfolio.

Blancas further stated that PortAventura will always be invested in activities that will allow the resort to seek digital acceleration and help satisfy their guests and consumers in terms of services and facilities. Above all, the hotel is also working towards bolstering its online channels of communications such as its website and apps, to make them more consumer-friendly and easy to use.

The resort’s strategic drive initiative intends to become more compatible with the changing global digital norms. The use of cryptocurrency is becoming more mainstream with each passing day, which, in turn, has acted as a catalyst for many firms whether large or small to devise new plans to accommodate this fresh digital transition.
