Animecoin

ANIME is a re-launch and fork of ANI, a crypto-currency that was first launched in January of 2014 and which currently trades on the Cryptopia and Yobit exchanges. The new forked coin, which will trade under the symbol ANIME, will be air-dropped to owners of ANI on the fork snapshot date, which is currently scheduled to take place on May 30th, 2018. The original goal of ANI was to serve as a currency for the anime community, for artists and collectors of anime art. Unfortunately, the blockchain technology available at the time didn’t allow for much more than another clone of bitcoin.
