Stipend aims to be an ultimate solution for decentralized jobs marketplace. We want to create a platform which both the freelancers and the clients will love, with low fees, instant payments and never seen before rewarding scheme that rewards the top users. Stipend will advance the vision of a decentralized platform for freelancers that will: enable anyone to post an offer, allow for an individual to apply for an offer without restrictions, and automate the process of reviewing work through the use of a user “rating” scheme.
