Deep Tech CEE Summit & Challenge is undoubtedly the largest industry event in Poland and one of the largest in this part of the world. It creates a space for the brightest minds, investors, companies and ecosystem partners to showcase unique projects, share knowledge, build synergies and facilitate investments in deep tech.
After all, it is deeptechs that are looking for solutions to the biggest problems and challenges facing humanity and the world. We are talking about startups whose commercialization requires a lot of money and involves a lot of risk, while being on the cutting edge of science, technology and engineering innovation.
This year’s Deep Tech CEE Summit & Challenge has been divided into three thematic days. The first one (November 20) will run under the theme “Investor day” and will be dedicated to 1:1 meetings for investors, business representatives and more than 80 selected startups, as well as an investor academy from the CEE region.
The second day (November 21) is to support knowledge building and networking among participants. This means that in addition to the Deep Tech Academy and Scaleup tracks, pitching and matchmaking sessions will await participating business representatives and startups.
The last day of the event (November 22), on the other hand, has been scheduled for closed events of Summit partners.
A new format of the Deep Tech CEE Challenge, a competition for the best projects from the region, is being created in conjunction with the event. As defined, it is aimed at startups and scaleups based on research and development (R&D) or high-tech engineering. The best will present their ideas at the Innovators Gala, which concludes the second day of the conference. It is during its course that the judges will select the most promising Deep Tech CEE Rising Stars.
