Fintech Surge, the region’s most anticipated Fintech event, is set to make its triumphant return to Dubai Harbour from October 13-16, 2024, as an integral part of Expand North Star, powered by GITEX GLOBAL.

Boasting 920+ investors, 150+ exhibitors from 25+ countries, 170+ speakers and 58,000 attendees in 2023 Fintech Surge solidified its position as the UAE’s powerhouse summit for the global Fintech community and the region’s largest gathering of budding entrepreneurs, innovative game-changers, seasoned thought leaders, and industry titans.

The UAE serves as the epicenter of the global Fintech community as having received a 92% increase in Fintech funding in 2024 for a total of $1.3B – making the UAE the 6th most funded Fintech market in the world.

Following the resounding success of their 2023 inaugural debut at the iconic Dubai Harbour, Fintech Surge returns in 2024 for its 4th edition with an even more robust offering as GITEX Impact joins Expand North Star’s 2024 portfolio alongside Fintech Surge, Future Blockchain Summit, and Marketing Mania.

In line with the global sustainability initiative, Fintech Surge introduces two new climate-centered features: the GREEN FINTECH PAVILION showcasing eight of the most groundbreaking and tree-saving startups offering sustainable finance solutions, and the GREEN DAY CONFERENCE, which aims to facilitate the largest Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing the world has ever seen, with 250 out of 1000 investors committing to only investing in startups that exercise sustainable practices.
