Vodi, established in 2014, is an award-winning all-in-one mobile platform, boasting over 5 million users across 200 countries. Users are able to affect money transfers, top-up prepaid mobile phones, send eGift cards and engage in communications such as text messaging, and voice/video calls. The Vodi mobile app can currently be downloaded from both the iOS App Store and Google Play. Vodi X is one of the components in the widely adopted Vodi app.
Vodi X seeks to bring millions of jobs to those looking for work. Our decentralized micro-tasking solution will enable Vodeers (workers) to generate income (VDX) in exchange for completion of tasks for and Vodiants (employers).
Vodi X intends to expand and develop a dApp ecosystem where developers and users will both be able to exchange value for services. All of these applications will strategically have access to the Vodi Mobile Application, building upon an already flourishing ecosystem stacked with utility functions.
The use of blockchain allows transparency of dealings between all participants. It also allows payment to be made fairly, reducing exploitations. Blockchain allows the unbanked to have access to the Mechanical Turk (micro-tasks) as long as they have a mobile phone with a working internet connection.
