The Largest Brewery in Northwest Russia Runs Through the ICO

Satoshi Brewery is a project set to be the most high-tech craft brewery in Russia. The factory will be located in Murmansk, and the brewery will be the largest regional project of craft beer production in the country.

Creators of Satoshi Brewery will collect funds for the project through ICO. Crowd sale will begin on November 27. The hard cap is equal to 7.2 million US dollars.

«We chose ICO, because this way we raise funds whilst remaining independent. Our investors will have dividends from our work, their contributions will be protected by the technology of blockchain on Ethereum, but we will not depend on them in making business decisions» says the founder of the project businessman Andrei Leshchenko.    Now the company conducts pre-ICO. It will last until November 20, soft cap is $200,000.At the moment, tokens Satoshi Brewery Limited (SBL) are sold at a special presale price, which will be before the end of the presale: one token equals to $0.67.

Final cost of SBL token at the end of ICO will equal to $1.2.

Total will be released 10 000 000 SBL. During the crowd sale will be distributed 7 500 000 SBL.
69% of the collected funds will go to purchase of brewing equipment, 16% for the repairs and refurbishment of the brewery, 7% for commissioning works, 5% for the initial raw material base, and 3% for initial marketing costs.

The market value of the SBL token will be determined by the company’s result in the real sector of the economy and  depend less on the change in the value of the crypto currency.
The purchase of SBL tokens and the payment of dividends to investors will be quarterly from October 2018, 35% of profit will go to dividends, 55% to buy tokens and 10% to reinvest.
In 18 months after the factory’s start-up the volume of production, according to the authors of the project, will be more than 8.5 million liters of beer per year. The clear profit will be 13 million US dollars.
The beer of Satoshi Brewery will be sold not only in Russia but also abroad, first of all in the Scandinavian countries: Finland, Sweden, and Norway.

In addition, after the start-up of this project, the team of Satoshi Brewery is already planning the next stage of the project development. Its purpose is to create an entire infrastructure – a network of breweries and craft shops around the world where it will be possible to buy beer for domestic currency.
The Satoshi Brewery project was first presented in October 2017 on the Bitcoin talk. After a successful presentation, the project team has established itself in its desire to go out on the crowd sale.
