UBS Group AG partner Clearmatics continues raising its funds while UBS is working with blockchain.
To cover potential losses of 9 billion francs ($9.9 billion) that result from winding down parts of Credit Suisse’s business, UBS has reached an agreement with the Swiss government.
It is said that the new CEO is equipped as the “best pilot” to navigate the current business challenges.
FDIC said that the deal between Signature and Flagstar would cost the Deposit Insurance Fund an estimated $2.5 billion.
The terms of the deal between the two banks mean that Credit Suisse shareholders shall receive 1 UBS share for every 22.48 Credit Suisse shares.
