On July 13, Ford Moror Company (NYSE: F) is planning to unveil its 2021 Bronco SUV model and start taking reservations for it. Notably, Ford will debut the new lineup in partnership with the Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS).

On Instagram, there are already a couple of Bronco SUV photos. Admittedly, the car looks impressive with its retro style. We can expect at least two different engines including an entry-level 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder with 270 hp (201 kW / 274 PS) and 310 lb-ft (420 Nm) of torque. There could also be a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 with 325 hp (242 kW / 330 PS) and 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) of torque. As rumors also say, inside interior includes a large touchscreen, terrain controls behind the gear selector, and six toggle switches above the rearview mirror — perfect off-roading accessories.

Initially, Ford was going to reveal 2021 Bronco SUVs on July 9. But then it rescheduled the debut and moved the date to July 13. The expected starting price for the model is somewhere around $30,000. But to make a reservation, $100 is enough. The sale will start no earlier than next spring.

Where Does Disney Come in?

To make the debut unique, Ford has partnered with Disney. Bronco SUVs will be revealed across Disney’s media networks in the U.S. Its creative agency has already created custom three-minute videos about the cars for each network. Videos will fill breaks during 8 p.m. broadcasts. Special guests will take part in each video. Among them are professional climber Brooke Raboutou for ESPN’s “SportsCenter”, singer Kip Moore for the “CMA Best of Fest” on ABC, and Academy Award-winning director Jimmy for “National Parks: Yosemite” on National Geographics.

Matt VanDyke, director of Ford U.S. marketing, commented:

“This is enormous for us. This is the return of an icon that people have just been clamoring about for years. For us, this is just of huge importance and carefully crafted. We absolutely intend on putting our best foot forward and making sure that the Bronco gets the glory it deserves.”

Rita Ferro, president at Disney Advertising Sales, said:

“With Ford, we’re reimagining what a product reveal can look like by drawing upon our best-in-class sports, entertainment and streaming brands to bring the new Bronco family to life in a way that honors its heritage and gives viewers an unforgettable experience.”

By the way, this is not the first case of a partnership between Ford and Disney. Back in 1964, during the World’s Fair called the “Ford Magic Skyway”, the first-generation Ford Mustang was featured.

Meanwhile, Ford stock is up. Today it has already gained 2.76% to trade at $6.14.
