Online video streaming demand has surged in India amid the novel coronavirus-induced lockdown, and Netflix is benefitting from the change despite its premium pricing structure. NFLX stock is in the green.
During the Q1 2020 fiscal quarter, Netflix has added as much as 15.77 million paid subscribers globally. This is nearly twice more than 8.2 million net paid subscribers expected. Yesterday, NFLX was slightly down.
Netflix (NFLX) stock jumped 7% on Monday and hit a 52-week high price of $400.51 per share. NFLX closed at $396.72 yesterday.
