OpenAI announced that ChatGPT Enterprise will include unlimited access to GPT-4 and also offer longer context windows for processing more inputs.

OpenAI, an American artificial intelligence (AI) research laboratory consisting of the non-profit OpenAI, Inc. and its for-profit subsidiary corporation OpenAI LP, announced the launch of its latest product dubbed ChatGPT Enterprise to help organizations elevate their creativity and reduce the time spent on research. According to the announcement, ChatGPT Enterprise will offer users more features in addition to unlimited access to the GPT-4. Some of the notable features of the ChatGPT Enterprise include enterprise-grade security and privacy, longer context windows for processing longer inputs, and unlimited higher-speed GPT-4 access, among many others.

Notably, OpenAI targeted most of the Fortune 500 companies with the launch of ChatGPT Enterprise. Moreover, ChatGPT Enterprise is SOC 2 compliant, which gives the organizations control of their days.

The development of this chatbot version has been taking place in the past few months with the help of some companies of different sizes. The company highlighted that there is an undeniable demand for a simple and safe way for organizations to deploy ChatGPT. Moreover, ChatGPT is reportedly being used by more than 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies already registered with OpenAI via corporate email.

In a bid to offer organizations a refined touch of artificial intelligence, OpenAI developed a more sophisticated yet simple-to-use product with powerful search engines. Some of the notable early adopters of ChatGPT Enterprise include Block, Canva, Carlyle, The Estée Lauder Companies, PwC, and Zapier.

“ChatGPT Enterprise has cut down research time by an average of an hour per day, increasing productivity for people on our team. It’s been a powerful tool that has accelerated testing hypotheses and improving our internal systems,” said Jorge Zuniga, Head of Data Systems and Integrations at Asana.

Similar sentiments were shared by Sebastian Siemiatkowski, CEO at Klarna, who highlighted that ChatGPT Enterprise has significantly helped in employee empowerment and enhanced customer experience. Furthermore, it allows users to process four times longer inputs than the normal GPT-4 accounts. Interestingly, with ChatGPT Enterprise, users can work with the OpenAI team to enable a fully customizable solution tailored for a specific organization.

“From engineers troubleshooting bugs to data analysts clustering free-form data, to finance analysts writing tricky spreadsheet formulas – the use cases for ChatGPT Enterprise are plenty. It’s become a true enabler of productivity, with the dependable security and data privacy controls we need,” Danny Wu, Head of AI Products at Canva, noted.

Market Outlook

The use of artificial intelligence to increase output efficiency has significantly spiked in the past few months. The demand for AI software and hardware products has dramatically increased amid the digitization of the global market. OpenAI has been at the center stage for AI mainstream adoption with the help of institutional investors like Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT), which injected an additional $10 billion earlier this year.
