The First Encrypted Blockchain-Based Messenger Crypviser ICO Will End in 11 Days

Crypviser has announced an ICO campaign launch aiming to promote community interest and to raise resources needed for the project development.
The security of communications and personal data has truly become one of the most important and highly discussed topics in modern life with people and businesses striving to keep themselves protected from hacker attacks. Bearing that in mind Crypviser creators have come up with abrilliant solution – a messenger – both secure and immune to blocking by big brother institutions.
A few months ago Checkpoint spoke about some vulnerabilities in such popular solutions as Whatsapp and Telegram that can allow hackers to take under control ‘hundreds of millions’ accounts on these platforms. That meant that users could get a single bad message in their chat and lose access to their data.
According to Checkpoint, “This vulnerability, if exploited, would have allowed attackers to completely take over users’ accounts on any browser, and access victims’ personal and group conversations, photos, videos and other shared files, contact lists, and more … attackers could potentially download your photos and post them online, send messages on your behalf, demand ransom, and even take over your friends’ accounts.”
If someone gains access to a service provider’s servers due to a virus, a state court order, or a government request, they can reset keys that are used to encrypt messages and assume the role of the relaying party with users not aware of changes in keys. Tobias Boelter, a cryptography and security researcher, said once: “If WhatsApp is asked by a government agency to disclose its messaging records, it can effectively grant access due to the change in keys.”
And that’s the time when Crypviser, a developer of an innovative encrypted messenger, solution takes to the stage. It provides highly required end-to-end encryption and provides verification of the parties’ identity making sure that the person you’re talking with via the app is the person you want to communicate with.
In a whitepaper published by Crypviser, it’s written, “A blockchain-based authentication model allows users to truly identify and confirm each other’s public keys. This eliminates the MITM threat and any kind of manipulation attempts from the server and third parties’ sides.”
To complete the platform’s development and attract public attention to the recently revealed app Crypviser has launched an ICO campaign that provides community members with the opportunity to purchase CVCoins. These CVCoins allow to gain some extra benefits such as granting access to beta test phase of the communication protocol, VIP account with exclusive access to unique and hidden features, free unlimited transactions of purchased CVCoins over CVPay system without any transaction fees and additional bonus.
For the last four weeks as the ICO campaign goes, it has been already raised over $2 million. Crypviser has even a special offer – a 10% discount on purchases made until 17 June 2017 following which it will reduce further. The ICO can be accessed on the Crypviser website.
