With the help of the token sale Prosense.tv wants to create the world’s first decentralized peer-to-peer (P2P) livestreaming platform for the distribution of VR content.

Prosense.tv, a global leader in broadcasting sporting, cultural and business events in virtual reality (VR), has announced its partnership with ICOBox, the leading provider of SaaS solutions for conducting ICOs, to launch its ICO campaign, according to the press release.

The upcoming ICO campaign is designed to support the development of ProsenseLive, the world’s first blockchain’based peer-to-peer (P2P) livestreaming platform for the distribution of VR content. The ICO will be officially opened on November 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. PDT and closed on December 28, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. PST.

Being founded in 2015, Prosense.tv, an established enterprise based in Moscow, now offers a full range of VR broadcasting services. It has already produced more than fifty successful projects for large global brands, such as Google, Samsung, Ikea and Coca-Cola. Now Prosense.tv intends to change the existing broadcasting technology by introducing the ProsenseLive platform. All technical, legal and marketing services for the upcoming ICO campaign will be provided by ICOBox, the leading global provider of SaaS solutions for conducting ICOs.

ICOBox itself is a premier provider of fixed-price SaaS ICO solutions, the first and the biggest new generation Blockchain Growth Promoter and Business Facilitator for companies seeking to sell their products via ICO crowdsales. Earlier this month the company has partnered with INS, a decentralized ecosystem enabling consumers to buy directly from grocery manufacturers, REGA Risk Sharing, the developer of the world’s first blockchain-based сrowdsurance platform, and Coinspeaker as well.

Stan Glukhoedov, chief executive officer of Prosense.tv shows a big confidence about the company’s collaboration with ICOBox:

“We were impressed with ICOBox when they released their Q2 analysis of cryptocurrency and ICO market and they provided us a methodological and detailed explanation of how to run an ICO providing previous examples of its successful campaigns. We are confident about our ICO campaign with our partnership with ICOBox and goal to change broadcast technology from the traditional centralized stack to a decentralized, global peer-to-peer model.”

With the correct coordination and economic motivation in a blockchain based protocol, ProsenseLive will be able to  offer an affordable, scalable, risilient to failure and less censored distribution solution to professional and amateur producers of live VR content .

Glukhoedov comments:

“Live events is one of the most popular applications of VR technology and the market is expected to exceed $75 billion by 2021 and grow to $4.1 billion by 2025. However, currently, there is a lack of adequate infrastructure to accommodate the massive file transfers that need to happen to deliver an excellent end-user experience to audiences at scale. Our new platform, ProsenseLive, will provide content creators a more affordable and scalable distribution solution.”

The platform’s P2P architecture is designed to strengthen the computing resources of the entire network and enable streaming capacity to grow in accordance with demand. User’s computers are to connect and form a node, which allows computers to upload and download from each other. Created nodes will earn Prosense Token VRP for contributing processing power and bandwidth to process, transcode, encrypt and distribute VR video through the network and for complying with the strict security protocol.

Prosense Token VRP is a secure, internal currency that will be used by viewers to pay providers directly for the live content they want to experience. A percentage of each transaction will go to the associated node owners as an added incentive for participation.

As part of its ICO, Prosense.tv will offer 720,000,000 tokens at a base price of $0.10 USD each. Tokens will only be issued during the Prosense ICO, any that remain undistributed after close will be eliminated. The pre-ICO will start on October 19, 2017.
