Ankr will provide a geo-distributed and decentralized Sui RPC with multiple blockchain nodes to strengthen the global Sui network.

Web3 infrastructure provider, Ankr, is partnering with the Sui blockchain as its first Remote Procedure Call (RPC) provider. Generally, an RPC allows applications to interact with the blockchain.

By partnering with Ankr, on-chain developers can build safe, scalable, and upgradable dApps on the Sui blockchain. Ankr’s RPC connects wallets, command-line interfaces, and dApps with the Sui blockchain. Instead of running full nodes, developers can simply make request calls and get responses from the Sui testnet Community and premium RPCs.

Following this partnership, Ankr now serves over 39 proof-of-stake chains, including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and BNB chains. It acts as a global node-delivery system and RPC aggregator.

Head of product at Ankr, Josh Neuroth, expressed the firm’s excitement at partnering with Sui noting the ecosystem is promising. He stated that connecting their tech ‘will create a building environment that is easy and intuitive enough to open the doors to a growing set of new developers and projects.’

Ankr-Sui Integrations

Sui is a Layer-1 blockchain that uses the Move programming language and proof of stake mechanism. With its high throughput and low latency, Sui allows more than 120000 transactions per second. Consequently, Sui has attracted several dApps developers to its platform, including DEXs, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, wallets, and launchpads.

Last week, Sui’s testnet went live. The incentivized network is only transitory and last about two to three weeks. Once the Sui mainnet is live, Ankr will provide support for additional tools which will simplify building on Web3. It will also expand Sui’s public RPC resources by delivering time-tested and high-performing RPC node infrastructure that can handle any request load.

Also, Ankr will provide a geo-distributed and decentralized Sui RPC with multiple blockchain nodes to strengthen the global Sui network.

Ankr Partnerships to Develop Web3 Infrastructure

With a mission to build the future of decentralized Web3 infrastructure, Ankr has been partnering with several firms to advance its cause. Recently, it became the first RPC provider on the Aptos blockchain. It also Ankr partnered with Polygon to improve the building experience of Web3 Developers looking to create application-specific blockchains with Polygon Supernets.

Earlier, Ankr partnered with the Pocket Network to create a decentralized node infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem. In all, the web3 infrastructure provider handles over 2 trillion transactions yearly alongside a suite of developer tools for dApps developers to build quickly and easily.
