Bitcoinomat.pl has recently opened the first two-way ATM in Five Restaurant, located in the city center of Warsaw.
Bitcoinomat.pl has recently announced the opening of the first two-way ATM in Five Restaurant, located in the city center of Warsaw, 5 Grzybowska Street. A BitXATM device allows users to buy and sell Bitcoins anonymously in less than one minute.
The Bitcoin ATM was installed with the help of Midgar. It is available daily from 11am to midnight. The device charges 5% commission.

According to the company’s website, the project aims to create the largest Bitcoin ATM network in Poland. Three months ago they opened the first Bitcoin ATM in Poland at Bobby Burger, located at Emilia Plater Street. The name of the company and the machines – Bitcoinomat – is a conglomeration of words Bitcoin and ATM.
According to Money.pl, Andrzej Glowicki, the owner of Bitcoinomat.pl, admitted:
“Bitcoin is the digital currency of the future. At the moment, around the world, more and more companies accept payments [in Bitcoin]. Poland also follows this trend, and the mission of Bitcoinomat is [to set up] machines to facilitate the acquisition of the currency. With [Bitcoinomat], you do not have [to register] in an exchange, give [your personal] data, wait for the transfer [to process]. Purchases and sales [using] our machines are immediate – you only [need] a Bitcoin wallet, cash and to be an adult.”
The company’s aim is to educate Polish people on Bitcoin and promote its use throughout the country. They want to put Bitcoin ATMs at the “best possible locations in Poland”. Besides, the representatives of Bitcoinomat.pl focus on providing assistance to businesses wishing to implement Bitcoin payment solutions, as well as holding corporate training sessions on various Bitcoin-related topics.
